    Context: An emerging climate justice organization seeking to ground its activism in community and clarity.
    My Role: Facilitated a foundational series to cultivate trust, shared purpose, and strong group identity.
    Approach:

    • Co-created mission, values, and long-term strategy with participants.

    • Introduced relational practices and collective decision-making tools.
      Outcome: A united community with a clear direction, grounded in shared values and ready to take action.

  • ✊ Civil Disobedience & Activist Support Structures

    Context: A civil disobedience movement navigating systemic challenges in finance, legal support, and disproportionate police targeting of marginalized groups.
    My Role: Designed and facilitated a strategy session to address burnout, internal structure, and transparency.
    Approach:

    • Explored decentralized decision-making frameworks

    • Developed sustainable support structures.

    • Introduced transparent, values-aligned financial practices.
      Outcome: A more inclusive decision-making framework, a clearer division of responsibilities, and stronger long-term support systems for activists.
